From the pro shop to the 18th green, everyone's connected.
Encrypted push-to-talk radios built for golf operations. Simple, easy to use, and ready to support your staff across the course.
Golf course teams are rarely in the same place when they need to communicate.
Your staff is spread across the property: starters, marshals, grounds, food and beverage, cart staff, the pro shop, and management. Communication needs to be instant, private, and reliable.
Running a golf course means coordinating people who are never in the same place at the same time. Your marshals are out on the back nine, your starter is at the first tee, grounds is working around the course, and the pro shop is fielding calls, tee times, member questions, and daily operational issues.
Traditional radios may work in some areas, but they often bring familiar frustrations: dead spots, static, interference, open channels, and shared frequencies. Cell phones can be slow and impractical when someone needs to communicate immediately.
Your communication system should not be another operational headache. It should be simple enough for seasonal staff, reliable enough for daily operations, and private enough for professional course management.
ICP radios use push-to-talk over cellular technology to give your team instant communication without the limitations of traditional radio frequencies. Staff can talk to the group or coordinate directly, depending on how your radios are configured.
Each radio can be programmed around the way your course actually operates: Marshal, Starter, Pro Shop, Grounds, F&B, Cart Barn, Superintendent, or any other role you use internally.
There is no radio infrastructure to install, no repeater system to maintain, and no complicated training process. Your team picks up the radio, presses the button, and talks.

Private by design
Your team is not broadcasting over open public channels. Communication stays within your programmed group — no guests or outside listeners.

Reno, Nevada → Mexico City, Mexico
A live push-to-talk conversation across an international border. One button press in Reno, instant connection in Mexico City. No dialing, no delay, no dead zones.
Pearl Harbor, Hawaii → Virginia
Standing at Pearl Harbor, Andy connects in real time with a colleague in Virginia — roughly 4,800 miles. One button. The same radio your golf staff picks up on Tuesday morning.
Virginia City, Nevada → St. Louis, Missouri
Virginia City sits at 6,200 feet in the Nevada high desert — the kind of terrain where traditional radios fail. This is a live conversation with Brad in St. Louis. Clear, instant, and private.
When conditions get rough, phones fail. These don't.
Five ounces. Five days on a charge. Tested to -30°F. The extension mic clips to a jacket so your grounds crew and marshals stay connected hands-free — gloves on, no fumbling with a phone.
Questions we hear from golf operations.
Do we need an FCC license?
No. Traditional two-way radios that operate on radio frequencies require FCC licensing for professional use. These radios operate on cellular networks — licensed infrastructure managed by the carriers — so no license is needed on your end.
What is the range?
There are no range limitations in the way traditional radios have them. These radios connect to cellular networks, so they work wherever you have cell coverage — which is essentially everywhere a golf course operates. The demonstration videos on this page show live conversations across thousands of miles.
Will they work inside the clubhouse and cart barn?
Yes. Traditional radios fail in concrete and steel structures because they rely on radio frequency, which those materials block. These radios use cellular, so they work inside buildings the same way your phone does.
Can people outside our organization listen in?
No. The radios operate on a private closed network with AES-256 encryption. There are no public frequencies, no scanning, and no way for anyone outside your group to access your conversations.
What happens after the first year?
Annual service renewal is $40 per radio per year. That covers full cellular connectivity, encryption, and platform access. For a team of ten radios, that is $400 per year — no contracts, no surprises.
Can we add more radios later?
Yes. Radios can be added to your group at any time. New units ship pre-programmed to match your existing configuration so there is no disruption to your current setup.
Simple pricing. No contracts. No surprises.

The right accessories make a real difference on the course.
The snowstorm video above shows exactly why. When a marshal is outside in cold weather with gloves on, the extension mic is what makes the radio genuinely hands-free. When a starter or pro shop staff member is working with members, an earpiece keeps communication discreet and professional.
Extension Microphone
Clips directly to a collar, jacket lapel, or shirt pocket. Your staff member keeps the radio in a pocket or on a belt and communicates without ever reaching for it. Works with heavy gloves on. Ideal for marshals, grounds crews, and anyone working outdoors in any weather.
Earpiece
Discreet and professional for staff interacting with members and guests — pro shop, starters, cart attendants, and F&B teams. Also essential for grounds crew on mowers and equipment where radio audio gets lost in the noise. Hear every transmission clearly regardless of what is going on around you.
6-Pack Charging Station
A single central charging dock for up to six radios at a time. Park it at the pro shop, the cart barn, or the superintendent's office. Staff drop their radios at the end of the shift and pick them up fully charged the next morning.
